Our History
2019
The first spark of our movement began in 2019, when a group of brave medical interns stood up against 36-hour shifts, unfair wages, and inhumane working conditions. Despite facing police brutality, arrests, and humiliation, their voices marked the beginning of a long fight for dignity and respect. Though only partially successful, this struggle inspired countless healthcare professionals to demand change.
2020 - 2024
In the years that followed, organized movements faded, but the spirit of resistance remained alive. Healthcare professionals continued to share their frustrations and demands on social media, calling for fair pay, better working conditions, and respect for their sacrifices.
2025
Today, we stand united. In 2025, a full-scale movement of healthcare professionals emerged, bringing together doctors, nurses, paramedics, and support staff from all corners of the healthcare industry. This is our moment to demand long-overdue respect, fair compensation, and the dignity every healthcare worker deserves.
